Bob Snyder
Senior Consultant Mr. Snyder is an experienced senior leader with eight years as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) in the federal government, after serving 26 years as an Army officer. During his career at both the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and in the Army, he served as an advisor, confidant and strategist for leaders at the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and 4-Star levels of responsibility. He brings skills and experience in the areas of leadership and management; strategic planning and policy development; and executive coaching to CHCI in order to assist clients in aligning organizational goals with individual aspirations to achieve their objectives.
