What is the difference between team and group coaching? And how is team coaching fundamentally different from team building?
Team Coaching involves working with an established team focused on shared goals and dynamics. For example, if a team struggles with internal conflict, a coach helps identify issues, discuss impacts, and develop strategies to improve collaboration.
Group Coaching involves coaching individuals who may not work together as a team. Their goals are typically personal or professional development, not team outcomes.
Team Building focuses on one-time activities like ropes courses or group challenges to build trust and relationships. While team building can support team coaching, it does not provide the ongoing development and goal alignment that team coaching offers.
