I’ve been reading your newsletters for some time.  Unless I missed it, how can I know, when I meet someone for the first time, to which generation the individual belongs?

Great question! One way to identify a person’s generation is by asking them about their teenage years. Their stories and references to pop culture, technology, or major events during that time can give you clues. For example, if they mention cassette tapes and early video games, they’re likely a Gen Xer; if they talk about smartphones and social media trends, they might be a Millennial or Gen Z..
