    Ted Wackerly works with various Executive Coaching firms serving as a coach and senior advisor. His federal clients have included various defense department branches (Navy, Air Force, and Army) as well as various civilian agencies (National Institute of Health, National Cancer Institute, FEMA and GSA). Ted has also worked as a team facilitator, instructor, and executive coach with numerous public and private organizations across several industries working with hundreds of clients. Most notably; Ted has worked with clients at Stanley Black and Decker, Toyota Motors, Townsend Industries, as well as several non-profit agencies and multiple healthcare firms.

Ted is an active leader and member of the Sherpa Coaching Community and has worked with clients across the globe providing solid results his client’s superiors and peers notice. Prior to caching, Ted spent over twenty years in the accounting and finance arenas.

Ted is a Master Sherpa Coach (MSC) through Sherpa Coaching successfully completing a continuum of rigorous training and has demonstrated proven coaching success. He is qualified to administer the PDI Profiler 360 assessment and is familiar with many other psychometric instruments (e.g., multiple intelligences, DISC, MBTI). Ted has taught multiple times at Howard University and Sherpa Leadership Institute.
