I have an employee who is excellent at what they do. They deliver high-quality work and get results, yet they can be tough to work with. In meetings, they interrupt others, shut down ideas they disagree with, and dominate decisions. I’m noticing others are speaking less around them. How do I address this without making them feel like they’re “in trouble” or creating fear that will shut people down even more?
