Center for Human Capital Innovation Announces New Vice President of Operations

Ms. Kristine Kilmister was recently appointed Vice President of Operations at CHCI.

The Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI), a leader in the art and science of enhancing organizational performance through people management, is excited to announce the hiring of a new Vice President of Operations.

Based out of Washington, DC, CHCI is known for its strategic management consultants, people analytics, executive coaching, training, education and leadership development. CHCI provides leaders in both the private and public sector with valuable tools, training, analysis and innovative insights, with the overarching goal of improving the management of people in order to elevate performance.

New Vice President of Operations

Ms. Kristine Kilmister was recently appointed Vice President of Operations at CHCI. Ms. Kilmister brings over 25 years of professional experience with both public and private sector organizations to her new role.

Her depth and breadth of experience well-positions her to lead and succeed in her new appointment. Kilmister has exceptional talent in the areas of bringing structure, organization, and disciplined management practices to both organizations and programs alike.

At CHCI, her ability to optimally apply business process improvement practices will allow her to rapidly advance initiatives facing looming deadlines and to ensure compliance with regulations and contract matters in a meticulous yet efficient manner.

Ms. Kilmister takes a holistic approach to leadership roles, leveraging 360-degree managerial best practices, interfacing with customers, partners/subcontractors, and internal corporate departments alike in order to achieve organizational and program objectives.

Personal Background

Ms. Kilmister lived and worked in Canada until her career brought her down to the US in 2001. While here she met her husband and together they now have a daughter, dog and 2 cats. In her free time, when she isn’t at the hockey rink supporting her daughter’s burgeoning hockey career, she enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with friends.

Professional Background

Ms. Kilmister’s professional background is as impressive as it is comprehensive. Over the last decade, she has directly managed over $100M in revenue derived from over 50 unique performance requirements, as well as managed the submission of over 5,000 client deliverables. Her time in the workforce has placed her in high-level positions requiring a diverse range of strategical and managerial applications, with oversight and involvement in high visibility programs of varying size, scope, and complexity.
