The Center for Human Capital Innovation partners with Albany State University to build organizational health
Albany State University (ASU) contracted with the Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI) to help the educational institution assess the organizational health of its students, faculty, and staff.
Organizational health is based on the ability to synergistically align around a clear strategy, vision, and culture. It is also determined by the ability to effectively respond to internal and external trends. Organizations able to do so often experience superior operational performance, improved financial health, and an edge over the competition.
“Reviewing ASU’s organizational health is critical to advancing as an institution. We must take an honest look at where we are and where we want to be,” said President Marion Ross Fedrick. “The results will allow the campus community to gain insight on what is needed to ensure excellence is illustrated in all endeavors.”
