  • Be able to assess human capital systems including talent acquisition; succession planning; professional development; and programs for certification, onboarding, attrition and retention

A two-day interactive workshop

Audience: 20 Supervisors, managers, and staff members

Workshop Description: Two-day facilitated workshop. The teaching sections of the agenda use interactive methods appropriate for advanced adult learning. A majority of the workshop will be focused on real-time practice and feedback sessions. The training days are highly interactive with the group practicing their coaching skills in real-time, through dyads, triads, group coaching and by coaching the instructor.  This approach allows participants to practice coaching in a multiple of ways, learning from both peer-to-peer feedback and facilitator feedback. The practice sessions will build a coaching foundation over the 2-day workshop.

Results: As a result of this training course, participants will:

  • Understand what coaching is and the critical role it plays in developing employees
  • Accurately identify when, and when not, to use coaching skills to increase employee performance, development, and engagement
