Deputy Program Manager

Key responsibilities: Serve as the Deputy Program Manager providing oversight of a team that supports the development of measures for the baselining and monitoring of cross-organizational activities, specifically in support of the Information Sharing Enterprise. Key responsibilities: Serves as the Senior Strategic Planner in a Strategic Planning Project in support of a federal agency. Will work with a government client to lead the senior managers and leaders through a strategic planning process to develop a five year strategic plan. Will lead a project team through an environmental scan, SWOT analysis (or similar) to identify key issues, questions, and choices to be addressed as part of the strategic planning effort. Develop a series of goals and programs which describe the organization for the next five years. Key responsibilities: CHCI has a need for a mid-level or senior-level, general administrative support staff member to join our dynamic and successful team. The person selected will be a key part of our staff and become responsible for the overall management of our fast-paced office, where you will interface with federal and military client groups and industry leaders in the fields of talent management, research and human resources.
